Christopher Morgan’s order processing systems and procedures enable us to efficiently process thousands of orders per day. Starting with the receipt of goods into our 125,000 square-foot, state of the art facility, we take every step necessary to ensure the integrity of our clients’ products. Each inbound shipment is carefully counted, inspected for damage, and entered into our custom inventory system, making stock available for production within 24 hours. All products are stored in a food grade, climate-controlled, secure facility with round the clock video surveillance.

From order processing to supply chain management and inventory control, the Christopher Morgan team has extensive experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of diverse programs, which translates into maximum productivity and reduced costs to our clients.

Supply Chain Management

Christopher Morgan specializes in moving products to customers, wherever they may be. Through our supply chain network, we are able to import and ship products anywhere in the world. We offer consolidated parcel processing, expedited shipping, competitive LTL and truckload transport, as well as other cost effective shipping methods. Our international package and freight forwarding partners can also be utilized to reach any global destination.

Inventory Management

Accurate inventory reporting results in fewer stock outs and lost sales. Christopher Morgan utilizes the latest technology to manage our clients’ inventory. Through the use of bar code scanners, an ERP system, and real-time reporting, clients have the ability to view their inventory figures at any time. Our Management team works closely with clients to set inventory reorder points to ensure that stock is always available. Minimum replenishment levels are determined based on the most recent product demand and our system will automatically alert us when inventory levels reach their determined low-level status. Clients are able to view the inventory at any time via CMWeb, providing them the opportunity to take an active role in real-time inventory management.

Kitting & Assembly

If a product must be packaged or assembled by hand, Christopher Morgan offers high capacity quality service at a price that gives our clients a competitive advantage. Christopher Morgan’s dedicated Assembly team has experience providing packaging and assembly services for a variety of unique programs. We offer the highest quality kitting and assembly services. Our Assembly team provides a one-stop solution for all your kitting and assembly needs, and strict quality control procedures are adhered to throughout the entire process.

Our core assembly service offerings include product packaging, promotional item assembly, marketing materials and P-O-P construction, complex display builds, shrink-wrap services, and more. Christopher Morgan’s hand assembly and packaging services provide start-to-finish processing which eliminates the need to move materials from one vendor to another to get projects completed. Our experienced staff and passion for providing exceptional service helps ensure that products make the right impression when they arrive in customers’ hands.

Reverse Logistics

An essential part of providing customer service is the ability to efficiently accept product returns. Proper handling of each returned package requires careful opening and inspection, as well as product condition reporting. Refurbishment can vary greatly depending on client and product. The Christopher Morgan Returns Management team is adept at following refurbishment guidelines that are established by the client and coordinated through Client Services. Whether the return process involves product testing, repacking, re-shrinking, tagging (or tag removal), component replacing, checking for a broken seal, or anything else, Christopher Morgan will provide quality "hands on" service at a very competitive price.

Direct to Consumer

Christopher Morgan’s 24-48 hour order turn-around promise ensures that clients’ direct-to-consumer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Additional production performance standards, developed within Christopher Morgan, and upheld by the Production team, promise accurate picking/packing of orders. Extensive knowledge of client products, along with the hands-on packing and shipping experience, allows the Production team to choose the most cost effective packaging and shipping methods. This results in competitive package pricing and discounted freight rates for our clients.
